Am 25. und 26. Mai 2018 fand die Konferenz „Tax Treaty Case Law around the Globe 2018“ an der Universität Tilburg, Niederlande statt. Prof. Dr. Roland Ismer stellte dort ein Urteil zum so genannten „Goldfinger-Modell“ sowie ein Urteil zur Besteuerung von Pensionären vor.
