FAU SIT Dr. Carla de Pietro
Im Rahmen des FAU-Seminar on International Taxation (FAU-SIT) durften wir Frau Dr. Carla de Pietro, Associate Professor an der Tilburg University begrüßen. Am 22. Juni 2023 hielt sie einen Vortrag zum Thema „Das Konzept der sozialen Marktwirtschaft als Ziel der EU im Lichte von Art. 3(3) EUV – eine Bewertung seiner Anwendung und möglichen Weiterentwicklung aus steuerlicher Sicht“.
As part of the FAU Seminar on International Taxation (FAU-SIT), we were pleased to welcome Dr. Carla de Pietro, Associate Professor at Tilburg University. On 22 June 2023, she gave a lecture on „The concept of the social market economy as an objective of the EU in the light of Art. 3(3) TEU – an assessment of its application and possible further development from a tax perspective“.
